By subscribing to SEN Home Ed, you enter into a contract with SEN Home Ed (the "Service") under the terms described here. SEN Home Ed reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time, with updates effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of the service implies acceptance of any updated Terms.

2. Eligibility By subscribing to SEN Home Ed, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements. If you are subscribing on behalf of an organisation, you must have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms and Conditions.

3. Subscription and Payment

4.3 Prohibited Actions The following actions are strictly prohibited and may lead to the suspension or termination of your subscription, as well as potential legal action:
